*Our Hammocks with 2 timber bars are delivered via courier we cannot send them to PO Boxes. This is due to the length of the timber bar.

General policy for Returns
 

Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order.

If your return is in anyway a result of an error by SWELL HAMMOCKS, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to return the merchandise and we will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning after receiving the goods.

If the return is not a result of an error by SWELL HAMMOCKS, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). No refunds will be available after the 30 day period has expired.
